So I was finally able to get hold of both the original recording and dance remix of the opening theme from the SyFy Original Series, Haven. There hasn’t been a soundtrack release apart from these tracks, but if there is I’m likely to get it and I’ll share it here.

Has anybody found an unofficial song compilation for the first season?

All an unofficial album like that is, is a collection of songs heard from various sources. Just google the series, find a list, and assemble the album. Might take time, but it’s a fun hobby, yea?
