whats the difference between the original and the us version? aside from that song wioth vocals?

Aside from that, there’s really no difference, us version is slightly less compressed, so the bitrate is just a little higher. Japanese version has very large scans packed in, so that’s why it has 3 parts. It’s up to you to decide what to dl.
