This is a pretty obscure Japanese-only game, and was apparently the precursor for the Mario and Luigi RPG series. I’ve heard only a tiny bit through videos, but now seek the soundtrack, if it exists anywhere …

They must have taken it down, but you can find it on most GSF collections. Otherwise, I can upload it next week! Bump it then.

"GSF Tomato Adventure" had this as the 4th result. Index of /t (http://gsf.hcs64.com/t), which is where I got it.
