Golgo 13 1983 anime BGM Saxophone Horn Tune Request

okay so does anyone have the BGM tune from golgo 13 where a lone sax/horn is playing in background? This first plays after Golgo’s first kill (right before intro credits & song) and then plays numerous times in the movie. Also plays when Goldo is in the church and when he is resting by water with sniper rifle in his hand.

I have been looking for this tune for over a decade now and to this date no avail. The golgo 13 OST LP does not have this BGM. Any help or suggestions? In a drastic move can I rip this music from the DVD file using some software? But which software today works best for it?

Please let me know if anyone has info on this track.
