Okay guys, here comes the first Spyro game. The idea behind this was to release a complete gamerip which contains all songs in lossless quality in it and maximizing sound quality without destroying the original feel to it.
For my personal liking Spyro 1 has the best composition with the weakest sound production of the series. It contains alot of recording errors, dull audio, bad volume mastering and overall too much bass. There are Worlds laying between Spyro 1 and 3 in terms of sound quality.
What have been done: corrected fade-ins and -outs (tracks change smoothly now, depending on your player of course, I for myself use Songbird), normalized volumepeaks by compressor/limiter (avoid clipping/too much volume difference between tracks and in songparts/avoided too much dynamic losses), resampled to 44,1khz without sound pitching(to make it more player compatible and make room for high frequencies), restored lost frequencies due to PSX audio (freshen up sound/no equalizers used!), noise sharpening (to define the mumbly bass and compressed high hats), corrected tags (trackorder similar to ingame levels), reduced some background noise.
All has been done track individually, thats why it took that long.
I also did some sound error correction, like in Icy Flight. There is a mean clipping error in it which appears in all mp3 releases and even ingame while playing. The only way to avoid them was cutting them out. Dont worry: It is basically only a 1/10 second, you wont notice it the way I did. ^^
This release contains EVERY song that has been released for this game in a way it makes sense, including these that are missing in the mp3 releases. I added the alternate versions that only appear on the PAL/NTSC versions (suffixed (Alternate)). Basically they are remixed versions, in a certain way. In my oppinion some of them sound better than their original counterparts e.g. Beast Maker’s Theme (Alternate). Only the cutscenes are missing because they contained alot of SFX…
I added every front cover that has been official released for the games (PAL/NTSC) as a Bonus, so you can choose which one you like most. The one that is labeled folder.jpg is the one from the Disc I ripped the audio. Complete Cover work in 600x600p (corrected Brightness/Contrast/Saturation/Dimensions via S-Spline algorithm).
All together it makes this release superior to all previously released mp3 versions, in every aspect.
Have Fun!

Any critics or suggestions are always welcome! Any questions?
An amazing Soundtrack, composed by Stewart Copeland (Drummer->"The Police"). One of my personal favorite PSX Soundtracks.
This one sure took some time, especially the song cutting and naming. I remastered the tracks without destroying the old song feeling. That means no equalizers or multiband tools were used which would mess with the frequencies. I also corrected the Fade-ins and -outs.
The difference compared to the original audio in terms of fidelity and instrumental distinction is day and night. This version has clear cymbals, crisp high hats and punchy bass guitars. In the end i was surprised myself that it turned out that good.
The ambient tracks (like the Intro) have some vinyl like cracks. This is not my fault, the songs are like that on the cd. I could remove the Cracks but for the cost of most of fidelity. So i decided to leave them like that, besides it adds a certain charme.
I added every song that is played ingame, the ones with an exclamation mark are songs played during minigames. Consider this as a full gamerip in Cd Quality.
Okay enough words: Enjoy the music!

And…Strike Three!
Spyro 3 has the best sounding synth instrumentals of all 3 games, which almost sound like real instruments.
The mastering is way better than on the first Spyro game.
The songs sound pretty good from scratch, so there was not that much to do.
Like buddy barnaby64 mentioned: The PAL Version contains half of the songs in mono only. Therefore I choose the Special Platinum Version. Best of both worlds: It contains all the extra Songs of the PAL version with the stereo quality of the NTSC version. The songs with an ! mark are played during Minigames/Cutscenes, I added them for Completion.
What have been done so far: corrected fade-ins and -outs (tracks change smoothly now, depending on your player of course, I for myself use Songbird), normalized volumepeaks, resampled to 44,1khz without sound pitching(to make it more player compatible and make room for high frequencies), restored lost frequencies due to PSX audio (freshen up sound/no equalizers used!), noise sharpening (to define the mumbly bass and compressed high hats), corrected tags (trackorder similar to ingame levels/though you do a alot of revisits), reduced some background noise.
Again, I added every front cover that has been official released for the games (PAL/NTSC/Platinum) as a Bonus, so you can choose which one you like most. The one that is labeled folder.jpg is the one from the Disc I ripped the audio. Complete Cover work in 600x600p (corrected Brightness/Contrast/Saturation/Dimensions via S-Spline algorithm).
My prayers have been answered…downloading immediately
Does this mean you actually own the osts as well?
Looking forward to it sooooo much =D
My prayers have been answered…downloading immediately
Does this mean you actually own the osts as well?
So praying to the God of VGM actually helps? I should do that more often…Xd
No, i do not own the OSTs. There are no official Releases for the Spyro games, i know: a pain in the arse.
These are pure Gamerips of the PSX discs. The outcome is 38khz audio, which is a Sony standard format. Cd audio is 44.1khz. So i restored 6khz of frequencies and tweaked them. When you take a look at the spectral image i posted, you can guess it is pretty close to a regular release.
I guess it was a gamerip….unless he just threw it in. But how’d he get those alternate tracks then? And in 320? (folder was roughly 230MB’s, which was about the right size)
Here (https://docs.google.com/document/edit?id=1LkIZ3x_nTwwkqSdUFPj4IXNaxS6ZlOx7q3LYla2lg b8&hl=en&authkey=CMvaifoE) is the tracklist for those using the PAL disc themselves, so you can avoid all the mucking about I did matching up track to name. Peace Keepers Alternate 2 is essentially the same as Peace Keepers Alternate, but is not bit-for-bit identical.
Are we sure about that? He hasn’t posted in the thread or replied to a PM I sent a while back, but he has still been active.
I know that. But the fact that ripping/remastering takes a long time has nothing to do with saying something like "I’m still ripping" or "It’s going well" or something to that effect.
Thanks! I love the music from the third game, can’t wait for it to be up.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Try the Rapidshare and Megaupload Links! They are still up.
Look forward to your future releases. These OST’s bring me back to a simple time 🙂 I know what you mean. Glad you feel the same about it.
I use Psmplay and a modified version of superxa2wav. That way I can avoid resampling.
one program free to flac converter mp3???
If i get your question right you should try Dbpoweramp or this one http://www.mymusictools.com/cgi-bin/download/2/http://www.ManiacTools.com/cgi-bin/download/converter_mmt.exe. Just google for them, there are plenty of programms out there which could do that.
However i dont really understand why you bother to download a lossless file just to convert it to a lossy one. The whole idea of this project was to make it lossless for archiving reasons with best quality.
I can never get PSMplay to work =/
SO yeah i just had to wrote again how awesome this work is, and i look forward to listen to Spyro 2 which by some samples had even better sounding than Spyro 1 ^^ im in heaven.
Cheers from denmark.
Yea, It is giving me trouble too. Sometimes it works other times it keeps crashing
What date release Spyro 3??
Most likely this weekend. Depends on how much time I can spare.
I have comment again after listening through the whole Spyro 1 soundtrack, this release is just so awesome words can’t really describe it, i did had a few problems where i thought the highs where way to high but well thats just because i had to adapt to the new sounding and when i did this just sounds so much better in every way now it is really possible to destinguish each instrument and listen to their own textures appreciate the the way Copeland composed the clock melodies to the fully intension.
Thank you for your kind words. The unmastered material had very harsh clashes which were alot louder than everything else in the song. I tried to compensate that, but yea sometimes you still hear them. The more in brilliance makes them more noticable too. Though I think you just need to get used to the new brilliance, like you said. I cant really say what the soundtrack sounds like on low-end gears or speakers, on my headphones (which have relatively loud highs) it sounds well balanced though. And of course you can distinguish the Instruments much better that way.
Thats the problem with remastering. Everyone have different hearing habities and equipment. Thats why I dont use equalisers in the first place and use neutral gear. But thats the good side on doing this project, I can make it sound like I want it to.
You’re a legend, I hope you know that! ^_^ Just decided to check randomly again today after wondering recently, and I see that Spyro 1 is up! Be sure to let us know about Spyro 3 or if you do a reupload of Spyro 2 with Fade In/Fade Out, etc…Did you ever manage to finished the Crash Bandicoot OSTs too? Thank you so much once again! *Starts downloading Spyro 1 =D*
Thanks for the appreciation! What I can say is: I will definatively do a complete PSX Crash Bandicoot rip, though I cant say when I got to that.

Yeah, at first I found the highs to be a little too high, but after I got used to it the lows are what sounded weird. Maybe it’s just me or the U.S. copy but the game seems to put a lot more emphasis on the lows.
You right about the lows. Specifically, frequencies lower than 100hz are way too loud. The reason for it is quite obvious: The game is meant to be played on a tv monitor which has low-end speakers lacking bass frequencies. The Audio was never meant to be Hi-Fi material.
Problem is, I cant really do that much about it. The difference is that big that fixing the problem would result in no headroom. You would get heavy distortion and pure loudness. I pushed the sound already to its limit and I tried alot! Normally a sane sound engineer would just erase the master tapes, start re-recording that whole bunch with better balance, for he knowing that it is almost impossible to correct bad recorded and clipping material. At least not without losing quality. If I were him, I would take that stuff and go like: "Hey Stewart! Please do re-recording of that. We need a properly mastered tape!" I cant say whose fault this is, most likely the developers who had to put alot of audio (sfx and music along with alot of level textures) on one disc. You cant blame them either, in the end its just background music and not a audio disc for sale.
Maybe it’s just me or the U.S. copy but the game seems to put a lot more emphasis on the lows.
I crosschecked both the PAL and the NTSC versions. Same sound quality. That does not go for the other two games though.
Also, nice to see (on the internet) another fellow audiophile!
But yeah very appreciated glad there are people trying to keep old music alive this way. I say Spyro definately benefittet the extra work done.
Incidentally will you be including Crash Team Racing and Crash Bash when you do those? Most likely. When the music is rip-able they will be included. Some lunatic and fancy tracks in those two.
Can you please upload Spyro 2 to MU or MF? If MU means Megaupload check the links carefully, Rapidshare and Megaupload links are still online. If there are problems check again later.
Also, nice to see (on the internet) another fellow audiophile! Youre Welcome! We are just too few!
Again top release with Spyro 3 ^^ i might add a more detailed comment later ^^ That would be nice! Only critics can improve me!
Easy. Your edit is noticeable (by removing one crack, you created a skip, that my ultra-sensitive ears can detect), and it interferes with the rhythm. On top of that, I liked the MP3 version that I had.
P.S. After I send you Sly 3 & Psychonauts OST’s, I guess you could re-rip the music.
P.P.S. There is a version of Ripto’s boss battle without the goofy opera man> YouTube – Spyro Music: Ripto’s Arena (PAL) Theme: No Opera + mp3 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZL8QqvppabM)
Thanks!
However i dont really understand why you bother to download a lossless file just to convert it to a lossy one. The whole idea of this project was to make it lossless for archiving reasons with best quality.
Not everybody has the sound system to hear the difference, and not everybody wants one soundtrack weighing in at 600MB-1GB.
"PS1 – [(PS1)Spyro 1 NTSC-FLAC (1999)] Lofty Castle, 37800 Hz, 793 kbps, < EXTRACTOR > : NoVa"
But at least now I can get them again if I ever loose my own. Thanks for uploading. Edit: On second thoughts, I just listened to the Lofty Castle and Twilight Harbour tracks from you. Honestly they don’t sound as good on my ASUS Xonar D2X PCI-E sound card 🙁 You still did a good job though.
I would have uploaded all of mine if only my upload speed wasn’t so crap 🙁
However, I hope you did them in 37800Hz as that’s the quality the tracks were originally in. Edit: I only just realized you actually altered the tracks and made them 44100.. >.>
@ Junesong: I might still have that track around somewhere, I could have a look if you want. The track without the opera guy was found in the PAL version of the game, Gateway to Glimmer.
Edit: Ok, here it is. That one track. 427 kbps Bitrate (original 604 kbps WAV).

Seems to be Mono. I think PAL games were in Mono, but NTSC is in Stereo..
Any update on the Crash Rips Raziel? I’m eagerly anticipating them! =D
And please upload it somewhere else, mediafire is glitching out on me.

Thanks, now everything works.
BTW, were all the other tracks mono as well?
Hi! No nothing new about the Crash Rips. First i will complete my Unreal Saga Project. Which will take some time, coz its freakin huge.
btw, to all those wondering about the mono quality of some releases: the PAL version features more languages (Multi5 European releases obviously) than the NTSC version.
they had to stack 5 times more audio material on one disc, therefore they had to make the most tracks mono (with very few exceptions). thats why i favor the ntsc release.
Mind you, you’re probably like me. I like tracks in their original form.

Well… he promised me. And I will not rest until he fulfills his promise. Plus, I sent him Sly 3’s official soundtrack, so he kind of owes me.
Cheers.

If anyone else would like the Spyro 1, 2 and 3 tracks without sound alterations (of course, in lossless), feel free to contact me (I guess :P).
I used to have Medieval 1. No idea where the CD went. It probably got badly scratched & thrown away at some point cause it became unreadable (more than likely).
I did try extracting the music off it at one stage, and I think I failed.
Ironically speaking, I don’t think I cared about Medieval much anyway 😛
However, all of my Spyro disks are still in perfect condition 😛

Why do I even bother helping anyone.
Really.
Although that would be odd, because I usually like helping people.

Oh, and, would they be from the so-called "Greatest Hits" version Klark was telling me about?
He was telling me the music from the Greatest Hits sound "better" & the version I provided is "bad" since I have the original games with the glitches (I must say I haven’t run into any glitches at all in the originals – Weather it be the PAL or NTSC versions).
Ironically speaking, I’ve just been able to extract the XA tracks out of the PETEXA_.STR files from Spyro 1 & playing them directly in Foobar2000 without converting right this moment.
Spyro 1 – World 5 – Lofty Castle.xa. Best Spyro 1 track tbh.
Actually Klark, could you perhaps extract the STR files from your greatest hits version with CDmage & "upload" them somewhere if it has any?
I’m curious. I’d honestly like to hear if there really is any differences compared to the normal tracks as you say.
For me, Ice Cavern is the best. Every Christmas Eve for the past decade I play that level before bed ^_^

I played the game recently and I must say, that I developed nostalgia goggles only a few months after beating Spyro 1 for the first time.
That is, there aren’t any differences, it’s just my TV’s speakers aren’t that good and, as a side effect, the music actually sounded more crisp.
I could actually say the same here, actually.
Back on my 20+ year old CRT TV, I must say Spyro music also sounded more crisp as well.
Btw, have you by chance tried using a Noise Sharpening DSP (I’m using foobar2000 for this)?
Certainly makes a difference. Do you have the original track somewhere for comparing?
Well this is Lofty Castle with the Noise Sharpening DSP for Foobar2000 at 30% Strength;
Multiupload.com – upload your files to multiple file hosting sites! (http://www.multiupload.com/IMTGN5KGQY)
btw – It seems the filesize of Lofty Castle is bigger in Apple Lossless format over FLAC. Might just be the default settings I’ve used for converting though (used ffmpeg).
Any reason why you prefer Apple Lossless over FLAC? Is it because it’s iPod compatible?
I mean, both sources are lossless.
Edit: Heh, I remember doing speed runs of Spyro 1 back in the day. Best time I got was like 45 minutes at 105%(?) complete.

There IS a difference now – the drummz sound weaker.
Seriously, how much time does one need to rip the music from ONE PS1 game?
"Remastered" should not be used outside of CD industry. The tracks he uploaded here are edited, NOT remastered. The sound is not enhanced at all, some frequencies are merely changed. He promised to post unedited versions "as soon as he gets home". That was three months ago.
I understand that. But, wouldn’t it take less than an hour to complete the process?
Oh, I’ve got better upload speed now. It takes me around 9 minutes to upload a 100MB file now at 180kB/sec, instead of around 30 Minutes to 40 Minutes at 40kB/sec.
So generally, I won’t be as reluctant to upload stuff as I used to be back on my old net connection.
The problem is, no one ever appreciates it & the people sometimes become rude all of a sudden (like what happened earlier in this topic).
Maybe people should just do it themselves instead of bugging people. You do not have to use PSMPlay to extract PS1 Audio by the way.
Download and use CDMage to extract the STR/XA files from your Image (Spyro 1: PETEXA_, Spyro 2 and 3: SPEECH.STR)
Download VGMToolbox.
Run VGMToolbox.
Expand Misc. Tools
Expand Extraction Tools
Expand Streams
Select CD-XA Extractor
Drag the PS1 XA/STR file into the program
The Program will now start searching the ISO for Streams & they will be found in a directory where the ISO is located.
Download VGMStream for Foobar2000 or Winamp & put the required files inside the music player’s correct directory
Import the extracted XA files VGMToolbox made into Foobar/Winamp.
???
PROFIT.
And if the Tracks finish too early, select a higher "Number of Silent Frames to determine EOF" in VGMToolbox. You could also convert to a File Format you want in Foobar or Winamp if you wish.
Honestly. It isn’t that hard at all. Seriously.

Well thank you, Mr. Itypewithallthecoloursoftherainbow! 🙂
Unfortunately, these programs are not for Mac OSX. And even if some of these ARE, certainly not all of them.
There are ones you can purchase, but I am NOT paying for ripping software.

Use the MegaUpload links. RapidShare always deletes files after 2 months or so, that’s their free user policy.
Actually, I did use those and it still didn’t work I’m afraid.
I see… Well, another user promised to send me Spyro music, lossless AND unedited. He already ripped the files, but sending them will take time, which he doesn’t have at the moment.
Ah, okay then. Well, thanks anyway. I suppose I’ll just be patient and keep an eye on this thread.

At least you have the original links (see how long they will last)
(This is a major long shot, I know. Sorry for the bump!)
P.S. OP, I really commend your hard work for putting this all together. It’s perfect. It sounds sublime.
I have reuploaded the original FLAC files as well as the three cover images included. I trust you to convert them to MP3 yourself if you are so inclined. 🙂

I am aware of this and I have downloaded them also, but I do favor the remastarted .flac files more.
I am aware of this and I have downloaded them also, but I do favor the remastarted .flac files more.
Edited ≠ remastered. There were no analog tapes to remaster from.
That’s completely irrelevant. Whether you call it remastering or editing, some people prefer this version. There’s no need to be a douche about it.
You just called me a douche. Guess what that makes you?
If only there were analog tapes. That would be awesome. Anyway, I know these are edited and I can understand why certain people don’t like them, but I do. They sound a lot more "alive", so to speak. That said, I am a purist myself and also want the original/unedited versions, hence why I downloaded KaFaraqGatri’s collection too.
My only real problem are the fade-outs. I played the games, and every track fades out slowly, until there are about 3 seconds of silence before playing again. Raziel’s tracks may sound good, but they fade out way too abruptly most of the time.
maybe its because of the hard- or software you use. i use an external hdd and external soundcard+dac and foobar for playback, the fades are point on.
another problem might occur if you transcode the flac files to another format. mp3 ist known for its terrible gap handling, always adding 1 extra sec of silence at the end of files.
about the quality:
i personally cannot stand the sound quality of other spyro rips anymore, after i listened to them remastered.
they may sound decent on desktop speakers, but with dac+headphones…no way to go.
if you cannot hear the vaste difference, you might consider getting yours ear examined.
though i can understand that collectors would like to store the unedited files for completion.

Compare your files with the files from the other thread. Those are MP3’s and they fade out perfectly.
That makes perfect sense; mystery solved!
On a side note, I still cannot figure out how to rip .xa files. I found a program that does not work on the newest version of Windows, but might work on one of my college’s computers. And VGMtoolbox just keeps giving me "incorrect function" error.
1. Where to get it?
2. Does it run on Windows 7?
3. How to use it?
The files are offline.

Thank you so much !
Like I said at least one time, those are not remastered. This is not what "remastering" means. They are simply modified.
But what’s most important, is that ANYONE can make PS1 game rips now, with JPSXdecoder.

Thank you for re-posting Raziel08’s Spyro rips. However, it appears that the files are no longer available to download from sendspace. Would you be so kind as to re-upload them please?
Thank you very much! 🙂
I do. I have everything:

I will be annoying once again and remind everyone that they are not remastered.
They are edited.
And you can edit them yourself.
Thanks in advance. (from a fellow fanatic)

Most people can’t use a DAW.
Here’ what I’m curious about, how did you come up with the remix names for some of your tracks? (Alpine Ridge (Dream Weaver’s Mix), Cliff Town (Peace Keeper’s Mix), etc.). Because as it turns out both your and Raziel’s rips match up…..other than the track names. Oh, and you each have one alternate that the other doesn’t. Your rip has an Alternate Dark Hollow, this rip has an alternate Peace Keeper’s "Theme" as he called them. Though if your mix names are correct then they aren’t themes at all.
I have them to re-upload, but I’m waiting for him to tell me if his remix names are accurate or not. Seems as if he’s ignoring it though
I would LOVE them!

Spyro 1, 2 and 3 OST (Untouched Sound) [FLAC] (https://mega.co.nz/#F!2FpWSQpJ!EZvLAyfYhnd9cThDQ3LjyA)
I know there are some tracks repeated according to the levels where the tune was the same, but I preferred to leave them this way, preserving the supposed chronological order of the levels. I have also stripped some annoying "click" sounds on some Spyro 1 tracks, probably by an error of the processed signal in the studio.

Thank you so much Despair for uploading these. Could I bother you a bit more and perhaps ask for a reupload of Spyro 3 Remastered, if it hasn’t been already?
Dang. Well, thank you very much for uploading the first two. I’m a big fan of the first score in particular and to hear it again, after so many years and in such good quality was certainly a nostalgia trip!
That’s kinda weird, mine is 3:15 minutes long and I checked it from the same rar file source I previously uploaded. Please, if you don’t mind, download again the pack and tell me if it comes with the same issue and in that case I’ll upload that track separatedly.
Hi there MissingNo!
I just downloaded the whole pack again, and re-extracted track nr. 9 (peace keepers home theme). I encountered the same result, the track is only 2 seconds long. I would greatly appreciate a seperate upload for the track, your rip is amazing, and I really feel it’s a shame that one of the tracks is faulty.

Please let me know if you find out some more bugs in the soundtracks’ files.
Apparently, my converter is to blame for the track being only 2 seconds long. When I downloaded the seperate track, it was only 2 seconds long as well, which made me think that couldn’t be right. So I switched to a different converter, which suddenly made the track 3:15 minutes long. I have converted more than a thousand tracks with the old converter, and never having experinced a problem untill now, but I deeply apologize for this unencessity.
Your whole spyro 1 rar file is flawless, which counts for the Spyro 2 & 3 soundtracks as well. Thanks for your time and uploads once again MissingNo, Spyro is a classic which soundtrack I can’t get enough of!
By the way, I just found an insignificant discrepancy in two titles in the Spyro 1 soundtrack. It’s just that the names of the tracks 10 and 11 should be switched since track 10 is the unmastered version, while track 11 is the mastered one (sounds much better than the previous one). What I’ve done is switching the titles as well as the positions and editing the tags using Stamp ID3 Tag Editor, the program I originally used to tag all the files of this soundtrack. I said all this just in case you want to fix this little issue.
Spyro: Year of the Dragon (http://www.slingfile.com/file/SgtSU90kog)
the soundtrack is pure awesomeness as there was no skipping in any of the tracks.

If you look at the previous page, you’ll check that I already uploaded a lossless rip with no skipping track (and even indicating in the tracklist to what level or song corresponds the alternate versions); but thanks anyway.
By the way, the link you put is not Spyro 3 OST, but the Spyro 1 one and I guess it comes from the following post of the whole lossy OST collection of the Spyro games (I deduced it because the rar file is protected with a password):
KaFaraqGatri’s "Spyro the Dragon" Music Collection (Thread 97596)
Please, review the content before posting and credit the original uploader.
Okay thanks for the heads up, I’ll change it immediately!

I was wondering and with your permission of course, if I could share your link for the .flac files you uploaded. Very great quality and superbly done 😀 I will of course give all credit to you and even cite this hyperlink and post number for the entry.

I, too, have Raziel’s remastered upload of Spyro 1 and 2, and am willing to reupload them. You’re not alone, Despair!
Shame that apparently no one seems to have Raziel’s remastered Spyro 3, but even he himself said that it already sounded pretty good so not a lot of work was needed on it in comparison to Spyro 1 and 2 (especially 1).

Coolies. Respected.
I just realized that 😮 Can you upload them somewhere that’s NOT mediafire.com. ? If you do can you RAR it into one file or 4 instead? Because it’s a pain in the but to download all 90 songs one by one because I dont want to pay for mediafires PRO account. These are the files I got and reupped somewhere else (because AGAIN I don’t want to go through mediafires BS) https://kickass.to/spyro-ps1-trilogy-ost-flac-t8445853.html Is that the Klark Kent?
Well it’s definitely not Raziel’s, that I’m certain of.
Spyro The Dragon & Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage (or Gateway To Glimmer) – Stewart Copeland [FLAC]

Whimsical, refreshing and exciting, Stewart Copeland really brings a touch of magic while infusing a sauve coolness in crafting the unique soundscape of the Spyro universe. With these remastered versions, the synth is as crisp and vibrant as in our memories first playing through these gems. Despite some lingering sound issues in the first soundtrack, the scores have aged exceptionally well considering their peers from the same era. The variety of synths and sound effects overlaid by rocking electric guitars and smooth drum beats in each track makes the soundtracks a joy to listen through. Easily amongst the best in their genre.

I had some problems with MEGA too (Firefox with extension) just with the second file (Spyro the Dragon 2: Ripto’s Rage) when it reaches 100%, nothing happens, so I tried to downloaded it 2 times, and the second one, worked, try to clear your web browser cache, and I hope that works, about the password, these files does not require password at all.
All we need is the Spyro 3 OST
I do. And it is Raziel’s remaster.
Could it be possible to upload it to mega my fellow shriner?

Thanks for uploading this great piece of OST.
Sadly the download repeats itself on 40% again and again. I dont know what to do. Anybody knows something about that? : (
Edit: Tried it with Chrome and it wants some kind of code for downloading. Is this normal?

Just tried it. Seems like it’s just you. Sorry.
Thanks for your reply. : )
I just restarted my computer and now it works like a charm.. strange, but it does not matter anymore I guess. =)
Thanks. You should put this in its own thread.
TKS by the way!
The link for post with all 3 OST’s in FLAC is this one (Thread 77835)
