Do what with the who now?

Files with the extensions of .rar or .zip need to be unpacked with programs like Winrar or Winzip. Here is Winrar (http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Utilities/Compression_and_Zip_File_Utilities/WinRAR_Download.html), just wait a few seconds and the download box will pop up. 🙂 Install the program, then you should be able to right click on the .rar file and you should see an option to extract it.
