Does anyone know this track? It sounds very Disney-like, and even a little John-Williams-at-the-late-80s-like.

I have been looking all over the net, but couldnt find a bit of information about it.

What bizzare music to use in an Avatar trailer… it completely does not fit at all! It reminds me of Michael Kamen’s "Robin Hood Prince Of Thieves" theme at times…

I think this is actually a few different pieces glued together – some of it is synthesised, but some of it sounds like it might be a real orchestra. (Though it’s hard to tell with all that noise going in the background.)

Apart from those thoughts, I’m sorry, but I have no idea who wrote it, what it’s called or where to find a clean copy (if indeed such a thing exists)…

Good luck on your search.

I think it is perfectly made for the kids out there. I guess when I would be 8 again, this trailer with this music wouldve blown me completely away. So I think it is ok for that purpose.

What an awesome trailer; it’s SO old school – the voiceover, the swashbuckling music… Just fantastic 😀
