I was just wondering if anyone had either of the following:
1) A FLAC rip of the SimCity 4 official soundtrack CD (not Rush Hour!)
2) M4A files from iTunes (bleh) @ 256kb/sec or higher
Near as I can tell, at one point there was an official CD distributed by Maxis/EA. At the moment, the only way to get the music seems to be through iTunes, and I’d much rather a bit-perfect copy of the original CD. Yes, there’s always the in-game music files themselves (MP3), but I’d rather not dig out my SC4 CD (which is currently in storage) just to rip the songs I’m missing (plus I’m moving my entire library to FLAC/ALAC).
I’m aware there is a zip file that has already been posted in another torrent, however it weighs in at around ~130MB and is in a lossy format :(. I’ve searched the forum high and low, and I can’t find any other definitive evidence that this has been posted or if anyone even has it.
