*Weird how Armorhide (Ironhide in the US) and Arcee are used in the opening as main characters when they don’t even background roles (except for Arcee at the end of the series). We see Armorhide in, what, 2 episodes, maybe 3?

arcee is still quite important to the story though, so i’m glad she gets a part in the opening. In Slayers lina’s sister was always in the openings but not even in the show.

True, I will agree she is a crucial element in the story, but I was just mentioning her lack of appearance. Well, I could go on all day about the characters used for the intro. Like the fact that Lockdown was also used in the intro, but very sparingly in the series, so by that ‘logic’ (god, I hate that word) why were characters such as Cliffjumper, Soundwave, or a host of others not used if Armorhide was.

Ah, the elusive, mysterious Luna Inverse. Lina’s greatest fear, and one of those unknowns of the anime universe.

i’m sure it’s something to do with fan favourites. i mean everyone loves arcee and ironhide right? but then again everyone loves soundwave too.
