Judging by the .mp3s filesizes, these are #gamemp3s VBR releases.
If you see a FLAC rip of the first one on the internet, that’s a lossy->lossless transcode.

The bottom link is indeed VBR, but the top one is 160kbps CBR. That’s at least one down, though. Thanks.
