FF V, Uncompleteable?

Finally got my Treasure hunting finished on FFV and the underwater hermit tells me this:

” Congratulations on finding all I have left behind, On the 3 lands lost and found. Yet one last is to be aquired, behind the master of the Void ”.

So then I dig a little into the games coding, and it turns out there is a treasure chest behind Ex-Death containg an equipment called ‘Void Blade’ but there are no paths leading to it. 1695 hours of work to now find out I can’t ****ing complete it.

GAH!

But its so damn fustrating. I want to 100% the game legit, only find out its a 99.9% or nothing. Puts a downer on being able to 1-shot any enemy o_0

I dunno. But if I’m a nerd wanting to complete FFV on 100%, I would possibly do it. 😀

Can you even speed run V in 28 hours?

Seems very possible.

You can speed run in 7 hours, getting to Ex-Death at around level 28.

I put the time in hours.

So, 1695 hours of gameplay.
That’s roughly 70 days and a half.

I got the treasures from every timed dungeon as well as all 37 in Gil Cavern. I swear the game hates me.

That makes sense for an MMO. Not really a regular game.

Also, aren’t all the annoying parts you just mentioned just in the Advance version? Do what I do, ignore everything new in Advance versions. It’s a LOT less headache.

But, hey, how you spend your time is your business.
