May I present: All Sounds of Ogre Battle.
ripped straight from the japanese original soundtrack CD.
enjoy 🙂
You’ve just done a great service to the VGM community, I think. Thank you again!
Edit: On part two, decompressing the RAR gives three errors, tracks 19, 20, and 34. 19 sounds like it skips at 2:03, 20 has a big click at the end, and 34 has a couple pops in it. I tried re-downloading and got the same errors. I’m thinking it’s not a problem with your rip since the stuff is detected during decompression. Can you check your tracks to see if they do the same?
track 20 does indeed have that click at the end. track 19 seems to work normal for me.
Oh yeah, I’ve read others say mediafire corrupts their RARs sometimes, so that could be the problem. I forgot about that when I suggested it to you to upload to.
The track 19, 20 & 34 was corrupted
Could you upload them please ?

Uhhh…
The links died so I re-uploaded upon request and made MP3s for anyone else who’s interested. Much nicer than the MP3s currently out there on the web. I also renamed and tagged the tracks, including attributing the ones that have no composer credit in the book to Masaharu Iwata. Knowing his musical style, I can say with 99% certainty they’re his, and it makes sense anyway since he’s the main composer.
