I’ve gotten a lot of requests for this, so as my first contribution here, I give you the SCORE to Tenacious D in the Pick Of Destiny by Andrew Gross. This was a total bitch to find. But the biggest thing to note is that this contains the main title music which has been the main request from a lot of people. THIS IS THE SCORE ONLY. If you want the Soundtrack look for that elsewhere. As a bonus here is a track by track analysis of the songs for those who havn’t seen the movie SPOILER ALERT!

1: Overture: This has got to be one of the most epic main title sequences of all time. It’s a medieval style medley of the end of the song Kickapoo, history and Beelzeboss. Plus I love the Chanting throughout the piece, all they’re saying is Te-Na-Cious-D! but it’s awesome nonetheless.
2: Jack Attcked: This music plays when the Clockwork Orange Gang shows up. It’s like a demented circus in the beginning, and towards the end, you get a sympathetic vibe.
3: History of KG: you’d have to see the movie to understand this, but lets just say it sets the tone for MAJOR Emotional scarring.
4: Birth of the D: again I’m not going to spoil too much. but this plays when JB and KG discover that destiny brought these two together.
5: The Hall off Fame Sneak: This is when The D sneaks through the rock & roll hall of fame. Very Mission Impossibleesque
6: Guitarway to Heaven: This is my second favorite track. A angelic choir leads to a electric guitar ridden march, up the stairs to the POD.
7: Capturing the Pick: this is another favorite track of mine. An Action packed track ending with a familiar sounding guitar riff at the end. Again you’d have to see the movie.
Still it’s a shame that the 22-track score never got released.
Should I upload this as a supplement, or is this some fan-made version not worth worrying about?
Also worth noting, the version of track 1 I have is the actual song Kickapoo first, which segues into the scored opening titles.
