I don’t think there was an official release of the bilingual "I Believe", just the english, french, and instrumental versions. The 2nd song you request is "Let’s Have a Party" which is on the closing ceremony album. It’s been posted a couple times on the board, here’s one:

Also, a lot of people think "I Believe" was the official theme song of the games. It was not. It was CTV’s theme song for their broadcasts of the games.
