God of War (I) FMV DVD [Multi-Host]

So, After my rounds through Final Fantasy’s first two installments on the PS2 I found myself wanting to do something a little less time consuming. The Answer; God of War. On the Collection Blu-Ray all the scenes play consecutively, so all I did was capture, clip off the opening (gameplay), then author it.

I’ve included a sample, though I have to stress that the final DVD is ALOT better quality than the sample. ImTOO DVD Ripper just doesn’t do it justice.

I guess so. I captured it with hauppauge HD PVR 1212 in 720p, then edited it in SONY VEGAS, then authored to DVD. Looks Great.

I was capturing God of War 2, and I was at the final scene and one of my damn friends signed off and I had forgot to turn off notifications…. dammit… Guess I’ll do it again later tonight.

Though it is not the actual music but videos of the game, it’s pretty cool. I’ve wanted the cutscene where Hades speaks to Kratos about the Army of Hades magic for quite some time.

These are only the High-Res FMV’s that are viewable through the Treasures section. I don’t believe that that scene is in this. God of War 2 has an option to watch all CutScenes (in-game and FMV) chronologically so that DVD will have them all, but as for this one it’s only the high Res FMV’s.

Sorry, man. Anyways, after I do GoW II, I might do III then I’ll be hard at work on a MAJOR endeavor which will probably span 3 DVD’s. I have the captures which right now at 720p @ 10mbps take up 39Gb. It takes forever because I have to convert them to WMV 720 before I Author them cause the AVC I’ve been using doesn’t have a 720 option and I don’t want to hurt the vid quality.

If anyone guesses the game I’ll PM them the download links a day before I post them.
