Where is the DSi Virtual Console?

This is the last piece of the DSi puzzle for me.
(now that I’ve finally just figured out there was a storage solution. lol. I know… I’m dumb.)

"Nintendo obviously has some announcements at their upcoming Nintendo Media Summit,
and many are speculating that it could have something to do with Nintendo’s next handheld.

According to some recent rumors, Nintendo has actually sent out Developer Kits to companies for the next Nintendo handheld,
so with all this talk up in the air, anything is possible.

This is basically just my plea, or my dream of what could be.
