It clearly says "Ultimate All Stars" thus it’s the USA/Euro version. Japanese title was "Cross Generation of Heroes".

Not true. Cross Generation Of Heroes is the prequel. Yes, japanese only though. Ultimate All Stars was released as the same title (with Tatsunoko spelled in english) in Japan 2 days after the American release. So it’s difficult to say which region this version is from.
