Hello all! Just like before I’m creating a thread dedicated to the music of a single game series. This time around, its LUNAR.

Due to an unforeseen possible failure of my C:\ drive (AGAIN…the second f***ing internal I’ve gone through in the last year, damn piece of…), I’d like you all to start submitting links post-haste, so I can compile them from another location.

Hmm…aside from the latest Lunar Harmony rips and OST readily available on this forum, I should have some other random "arranged" tracks (official BTW but, sadly, these were NEVER released outside of Japan) stashed away on my hard drive.
I should also have the Working Designs OST from Lunar 1 and 2 some place on hand.
Also, I managed to secure a copy of the new FULL ENGLISH version of "Wings" (a little over 3 minutes long), the same opening theme that will be used in Lunar: Silver Star Harmony which was also featured on XSEED’s website.
I’ll see what I can do…

May I suggest buying a Seagate? They last much longer and usually are compatible with most software/systems that you have created.

You can get a Serial ATA (it’s a little thin wire will usually come with the drive) one here: http://www.frys.com/product/5478279?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG 1 TB (they have up to 2TB ones now)

A lot of other HD brands… are questionable, especially: Western Digital… they are known for their failures.

I’m sure there are people that have had better luck with them… but it’s simply not recommended using that brand in my opinion.

This thread has the gamerip to Lunar: Harmony of the Blue Star, as well as the JPN Limited Edition Soundtrack. Chances are the ENG OST may have a full version of both "Wings" and "Wind’s Nocturne", but we can only wait to find out:

Hi everyone, Shiro here….back after a long hiatus. I’ve been doing some credit compiling work for the guys over at LUNAR-Net (Unofficially as a freelancer).

I know all the links are dead; Yeah you can blame the Feds for that one, buncha bastards. Anyways, I do have plans to rebuild this and my Pokemon threads, but constant comp problems over the last year, coupled with increased urgency to find a job, have left me rather unable to rip or upload anything lately. Though if you want Raw rips, I recommend the following:

Oh and a followup: For those who are curious…the bonus tracks in my PlayStation rips are the famous WORKING DESIGNS OUTTAKES.

Example from LUNAR 2: "I AM ZOPHAR! MASTER OF @#$%!"

There’s also a hidden track in that game if you rip the XA audio…Zophar saying he sees you "cheating with XA Audio". X3 Apparently WD knew people were ripping their .psf files off the disc lol

You don’t need a rip so to speak but just need a player like foobar, the audio files from the game and the plug-in to play the .at3 files

Can’t wait for the day you are able to fix this awesome thread. I’m a big fan of the Lunar Series, specifically the PSX versions.

Also can’t wait for when you have time to reupload! I used to have some of the Lunatic Parade and Festa albums saved, but that was years ago and now I can’t find the files anywhere anymore. :-/

I also put this in the request section but I bet this is an even better place to ask….I’m looking for Lunar Eternal Blue Sega CD music. I have a collection on my computer (mp3’s) that sounds better than any other rip I’ve heard to date. It was from an old hard drive, only problem is most of the tracks are glitchy because the hard drive I took them from was damaged. They’re split between a Lunar Eternal Blue Disc 1 and 2. Disc 1 starts with "Title Screen" (track 1) and ends with "Ghaleon’s theme 2" (track 28.) Disc 2 starts with "Field of reaching for tomorrow" and ends with "Lucias theme" (track 22). All tracks are the Sega CD versions music in stereo and like I said sound much better than any other rips Ive heard, which are usually in mono for some odd reason. Also I just want to add that its not the other Soundtrack that starts with the star dragon theme (I have that one as well) and its not the sega saturn versions music either. Anyone know where this is from or have the same rip? If need be I can list out every track. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Good news, everyone! I finally have stable employment and sort-of-stable housing, so after mega upload died I finally have the time to work on things again. Even BETTER news is that I’ve made cloud backups of my LUNAR stuff. And best news yet: my friends at LUNAR-Net have come through with Japanese track lists for LUNAR 1 and 2! I’ll be re tagging a lot of my stuff when I get a chance and will finally be re uploading everything to MEGA. In addition I finished a rip of Saturn’s LUNAR 2 and will get to work on LUNAR 1.

In short, the revival of this thread is NOW IMMINENT! Stay tuned…
