I translated the tracks from a romaji version, but the 24th track was not given a romaji form so I had to guess what it meant based from my meager knowledge of kanji (i.e.: next to nothing). So if it is way off from what the track name really is I apologize. Tracks 1-23 and 25 are translated into English correctly. If some of the titles seem nonsensical to you (like "Hat’s Waltz") you need to understand that it ties into the anime (Kobato the character is associated with her hat and sunflowers, among other things).
