Roph’s HE-AAC VGM collection

The bitrate is around 48-56kbps, but before you complain with your 1997 mentality about bitrates, it is HE-AAC. Meaning a few bells and whistles ontop of the (already great) AAC spec, namely SBR and PS. Wiki it up if you care about it.

That said though, they are re-encodes from MP3, so the removal from both algorithms is present. Perfectly listenable though 🙂

This is a work in progress, I’ve not finished uploading everything yet but I’ve got a sizable amount up. I won’t fill requests (I’m basically uploading everything I have anyway so a request is useless) and I won’t upload faster on request either.
