Major Facepalm

*possible Spoilers*

So, I’ve started playing FFVII again and overwhelmed by the feeling of nostalgia. After a few days, I am nearing the end of disk one– to be more specific, after the temple of the ancients. So you guys may know Cloud wakes up in Gongaga town, and once to you go back to the world map the tiny bronco is SUPPOSED to be on the beach by the town so you can access the sleeping forest. Now, I come out of the Gongaga town, and the Tiny Bronco is on the other side of the world map. -_-. Now I’m stuck on this continent with no where to go (mountain range and rivers surround it).

What did I do wrong? Now I have to either start all over, or use some kind of cheat that will let me cross over the water to get to the tiny bronco. *facepalm* Any ideas to keep me from starting over?

Are you sure it’s the actually the Tiny Bronco and not the buggy you’re thinking of that’s ‘on the other side of the world map’? They both have similar icons on the map. If the Bronco isn’t on the beach south of Gongaga (you might need to wander around on the beach to find it), then it’s probably a bug that’s sneaked into the programming.

All I could suggest is reload an earlier save and try again, and see if it fixes the problem. Failing that, you might have to restart the game from scratch I’m sorry to say. But hopefully it won’t come to that point.

yeah it’s not the buggy. The buggy is on the same land mass but there’s a damn mountain in the way. All I can do now is search the internet for some kind of code for me to cross the river to get to the tiny bronco…or start over…sigh

You can cross rivers on the buggy. Shallow rivers. 😉

Thanks guys, I got it now. As much as I hate using cheats, I had to use the debug code to get me to the tiny bronco again. cheers.

Meh, I think that’s a mistake. If you can’t access the branco there’s a reason.
There’s no bug of that kind in the game.

It is a newly find bug or you didn’t find the tiny bronco, it’s always in the beach that’s in front of the other continent.
You travel to the temple to the ancients, continue with the plot, then you wake up in gongaga, it’s always automatic, that’s no human error, it’s a bug.

But you solved it =D

I saved after waking up after Gongaga town before the world map. Then when I played where I left off, the tiny bronco was where I left it on the beach near where the temple of ancients used to be.
