On Ys I & II Chronicles disc 1 & 2 there are two tracks labeled wrong.

On disc 1:

– On track 18 "The Last Moment of the Dark" (is not Final Battle) and then 19 is indeed Final Battle.

I don’t remember what I changed on disc 2, so here you go:

I just downloaded the soundtrack. I didn’t mind needing to order the tracks as 1) There weren’t that many to order, and 2) Beggars most certainly cannot be choosers.
