It’s as if the world’s been gone ages and they keep finding bits from the earth like DVD or FOOTAGE on earth…. and the main BOY character works as the guy finding out what it all means ;D
There’s also a voice recording, he’s obsessed with finding out what it says ;D

Maybe ‘Howl’s Moving Castle’, but that’s a freaking nut-job stretch.
Then again, the ‘dvd footage’ sound almost like ‘Wizards’, but that’s a nutty stretch as well.
