Any updates on the gears of war movie as far as production status and release date/year?

How about the fourth resident evil movie? I had heard that is was official and that the release year 2010!

Nay other news on the production of the Halo movie i mean the last thing that i heard was that Steven Spielberg was going in on the movie and now I head nothing else of the sort.
