Sorry, I looked at the video, but I don’t recognize the music or the show. That Skyhiro07 guy that commented on YouTube a couple before your comment seems to have more information on the show, and maybe there will be information about the music on the "main site" he knows… (he said pm me for info.) That sounds like the best bet to me.
