Hi guys, I’ve extracted the three tracks from the new website of this recently announced retake on Lufia 2 for Nintendo DS. The tracks so far are:
Rumbling (Arrange Ver.)
The Saviour of those on Earth (Arrange Ver.)
The Saviour of those on Earth (DS Ver.)

Cool thanks
I’m still wondering when this game takes place. I remember only one time in Lufia 2 where there was a fast foward of the seasons where Maxim and Selena’s love grew. Selena probably had her child during that time period (the main character of Lufia 1). I hope they do a remix of the "Sinistral" fight.

I thought it was a remake, er, "re-imagining" of Lufia II?

Yeah, is sort of re-making Lufia 2 as if it would had been made from scratch nowadays. The characters and the general draft of the plot is thought to be the same, but the gameplay is closer to Ys and the setting is a bit more futuristic.

Seeing the magazine scans, it seems you can switch between Maxim and Selena (yeah sorta like Ys, so if it was a remake then it would include the other sub characters as well). Dexter, Tia, Guy, (what’s the elf guys name). I wonder if you have a monster pet. My monster pet in Lufia II kicked ass.

Though I’d loved the classic style more for the DS, I’m still really excited about it! I hope we’ll get more re-makes of SNES games!
Eshvoide, the elf guy’s name is Artea (or Arty).
And of course, thanks much for the promotional tracks, Ikuttebayo!
