DJ Nerd42’s Chrono Tied mashup album = Chrono Trigger + Fort Minor’s The Rising Tied

Chrono Tied is mashup mixtape produced by DJ Nerd42 that puts the vocals from Fort Minor’s 2005 album "The Rising Tied" over beats created by sampling the Chrono Trigger soundtrack. It has some original beats but also several copied from the Chrono Trigger Mixtape instrumentals. After a three year development cycle, this project features over an hour of music.

This combines Chrono Trigger and Fort Minor, and good plus good equals great in this case.

I’m surprised this seems to be passed up. At first I thought, CT plus FM can’t be that good right….? So i decided to check it on Youtube first and oh my god, it’s awesome. My one complaint was that the vocal track was editted but that’s completely understandable.
