Any operating system you might be using has a compatible, stable program that can handle .rar files. You just need to figure out how to use them. I would say rar is the most popular format for compressed files in the forum at the moment, so you’re going to get yelled at if you keep asking for .zip.

Use WinRAR (http://www.rarlab.com/) to open/extract rar files AND zip files. Unless there’s an actual problem with the mp3s themselves, I will not be re-uploading. Sorry.
