I looked around and couldn’t find the CD so I just downloaded it form the link and is worked fine. I also uploaded it to mediafire here:

Can anyone tell me if the link to the fourth part of this series works? I was trying to download it, and Megaupload says that the file is temporarily unavailable. I was wondering if anyone could either A, repost it on Mediafire, or B, confirm that there is still a file to download at this link.

Hey Tom, I was able to download it. I’ve found that Megaupload acts very strange sometimes when I try to download files. Thanks for the upload..
