Hi, I know I’m a newer member and haven’t uploaded anything yet (looking to change that, but this community has done a hell of a job so I might just start scouring the requests for something to contribute), but I was wondering if anyone had/could upload:

I know the majority of this was uploaded in arthrunZero’s thread, and another user had used sendspace to uploade it, but all of the existing links seem to be dead or incomplete. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
