1. I’m sure you can teach them the moves, unless the Abilities tab is greyed out…
2. Because thats just the way those particular aeons have been designed. You CAN control them to a certain extent, using the offensive and defensive commands from each aeon. Note: if you ever see "Combine Powers" fkn DO IT!
