I can’t understand where is original quality of this soundtrack, cuz i don’t even have a game:
Is this .ogg or .mp3 with original sound quality?

the game’s files are distributed in Ogg Vorbis format originally through Steam. the MP3 files are most likely lossy conversions of those files to appease the crowd that doesn’t use a player capable of playing back .ogg files.
