Discworld 2: Missing Pressumed..? PSX OST rip(Rapidshare)

Hi,

This forum is great, and I got a lot of memorable game music thanks to it. That is why I decided to contribute and I took (a lot of) time to rip a soundtrack that is basically impossible to get: Discworld 2.
The quality of ripped music is average, but it’s consistent with the quality in-game. This file contains both music and speech. Enjoy!

P.S. If anyone wants to get it in original ADPCM format let me know, but I realy can’t see any difference between it and the AAC that I’ve posted.

Looked for this game and the soundtrack for years, sporadically anyway. I’ve had the tune from the Docks (No. 27) going around in the back of my head since 2004 (I think!).

I can now finally listen to it as and when I fancy. Simply awesome.

It is a great music, specially some pieces like the shades or the mortuary themes are probably the most perfectly enviromental for a dark fantasy setting. Never heard anything like that. Besides it is in a great adventure game and on top of that, based on the Discworld!! Can’t ask for more.

Out of curiosity, how did you convert the ADPCM files? I was never able to get a read on the music files in the Windows version.

Haven’t listened to it yet, but I’m so grateful for this, thank you for uploading. Might have to convert it to MP3 if possible because I think I read that it’s AAC, but that should be possible. I used to love this game and the soundtrack always stood out to me, especially the title screen music since it was really eerie and suited the game well. I haven’t listened to the tracks of the levels in the game since years ago (like ’97 onwards) so this will be a massive nostalgia trip for me. Thanks very much; appreciated.
