I am not 100% sure since i am unfamiliar with the serie.. but i think it’s music from Soul Calibur IV.. and it was released previously.

I have read elsewere, that Namco Bandai is opening "NAMCO SOUNDS", and will feature remastered albums that were previously released.
That EP commemorates the September 1 release of SOULCALIBUR: Broken Destiny for the PSP.

There should be a Xevious album too.
