This is one of the more obscure Mario titles but it has some really good music. This album includes original tracks from the game as well as arranged versions and all in high quality sound.

It’s worth noting I actually gave up finding this and resolved to create my own version, which I accomplished.

It’s taken from the .nsf version of the soundtrack. http://www.zophar.net/music/nsf/famicom-grand-prix-2-3d-hot-rally-fds-.html
Some of the songs are longer but the quality is just as good.
