Hi all, i would first like to introduce myself to this forum. I am a dedicated Final Fantasy gamer and have been since Childhood (i have dedicated hours and hours of my life to Final Fantasy) I live for FF!!!

I am building this gallery to fulfill my Childhood dream of giving back to the Final Fantasy Franchise for their Excellent Games!

THE FINAL FANTASY GALLERY PROJECT

What is it?

I have come here in hope to create a one for all image gallery for the Final Fantasy Franchise. My goal is to create one of the most well respected Final Fantasy Image Galleries out there – Something that’s clean in look, and large in content is KEY for me.

This is going to be an extremely hard task to accomplish, but i feel that with the help of fans i should be able to overcome this obstacle without too much problems – More on this below…

How can you help me accomplish this task?

It’s the public that will view my Gallery, so it’s the public that will decide on what you would like to see in a centralized gallery for all things Final Fantasy!

Please reply to this post for any recommendations at all (big or small) and i’ll do my best to make it happen – Your Input here is the key to my dream Final Fantasy gallery!

I am also looking for a domain name for such a gallery – Need your input as to what would work best?

EG: ffgallery.com, ff-pictures.com etc etc….

Who will Upload pictures to the Gallery?

YOU – All users will be able to create their own account and submit their own images directly to the Gallery- I can also create a generic login for those who do not want to have to create an account.

This is where i need all your help to contribute those pictures directly to the GALLERY.

I will not take credit for any photos on the Gallery, you can even place a description with your name/email etc into the image directly.
I will also remove content upon request!

This is how i was going to structure it – but i will not go ahead with this until you all have confirmed this would be the best approach! Let me know what could be changed for the better!

Thanks for the Kind comments, i really have to thank all the fellow artists who are supporting me in building this site it’s been great. I can’t wait to have more content placed in there.

I’m currently working on FFVII characters. aiming to upload pics for one character per day and slowly build up my site this way. So far i have sourced enough good pictures for Cloud/Sephiroth and Zack.

This is surely going to be a monumental task but i’m prepared to do it for the fans and myself!

Signature should now be working properly? i wish i could update the first post with my signature though!

Could someone test out my Comments for me? basically when you view the final image, below the artist credits you should see the comments feature, guest comments are allowed, please someone test out for me 😀

Also – Would you guys like to see a rating system for the images?

The search box generally finds anything you need also, im creating better tags for common searched. ie FFVII/final Fantasy 7/Final Fantasy VII….

Just an update on what i’m currently in the process of doing on my galery right now.

Right now i am working through the Final Fantasy VII section under Characters, trying to find some of the best artwork from all over to upload. It’s much harder for me as i credit each and every respective artist as i feel they deserve it for such great artwork 🙂

I Have completed the following characters for FFVII so far

Cloud
Sephiroth
Tifa
Zack

….Will be moving onto Aeris, and then Vincent and beyond

At this stage i am trying to get pictures of the most popular characters and then once my gallery is well established i will slowly add everyone else to it.

FFVIII/FFIX/FFX to follow once FFVII is complete 🙂

Really getting into this now, and it’s been great!

I don’t draw any FF art really or else I’d submit something… Even then. it’s not very pro. 🙂

I like the linking back to the artist’s page… Educational…

Thanks again for your comments, i really do promote my artists found in my gallery whenever i can. The work some of these artists do is seriously Jaw Dropping stuff that i have not seen before!
