The webrip Version
These files were ripped from the official website of the game, they are untouched and some of them are different from the final release version.
It’s a shame that they took out the original "Haunted Ruins" and "Sleepless Village" themes though. Those were ranked among my favorites. However, the orchestral arrangements for the other songs are very interesting and engaging. Thanks again!

they simply merge more tracks in one, you can found Haunted Ruins inside Home of Dead. Look this image, is the detailed track list!
the real shame is that they cut out Land Map and Options!
So let’s see, the original songs that had their names changed would be:
– "Cemetery Hill" (known on this album as "Gallowmere Plains")
– "Return to the Graveyard" or "Graveyard Return" (known on this album as "Haunted Ruins")
– "The Time Device" (known on this album as "Sleeping Village")
– "Scarecrow Fields" (known on this album as "The Asylum")
And other things to note are that:
– "Dan’s Crypt" has been completely redone. The original was a much lighter version of "Return to the Graveyard" in the original game (or a much lighter version of "Haunted Ruins" on this album)
– The new "Graveyard" song is an extension to the original game’s intro scene (which was only about 10 seconds (guess-timation))
– "Comedy Corpses/Mini Games Suite" is an orchestrated "The Freakshow" song from MediEvil II
– "Hall of Heroes" was also completely redone. The original wasn’t much of a song. It consisted of ambient noises, background chattering, and some faint musical cues.
Here (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=364VEMA0) are the 2 missing songs they cut out (if you wanted them). I got them from the ‘alternate album’ download in this thread (Thread 60903).
And also, thanks for the scans! Super cool!
i made a little script for rip the music from medievil’s site, just run download.bat
like youtube, when you see a video you actually download it before you see, but when you clean your browser cache the video doesn’t exist any more in your computer
the url list in track_list.txt file is made using firefox and firebug (http://getfirebug.com/).
when i access the site firebug tell me everything about what my browser is doing, so when i listen the music my computer (and your of course) actually download the mp3 and put it my browser cache and played it. firebug tell me where that mp3 come from and i can see the url for downlaod it, now with simply copy&paste i can made a list.
now the question is: "how download them all whitout copy&paste every single link in the url bar?"
the answer is: "use every download manager that accept an url list"
wget.exe is a download manager without a gui and accept the url list 😀
download.bat is a text file (try to open is with notepad) that tell wget to download every mp3 in the list.
the script is safe, don’t worry, it’s like listen every track from the site, the only difference is that you still have the music in your computer 😉
enjoy 😀
PSP games generally have the audio encoded in ATRAC (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adaptive_Transform_Acoustic_Coding), which is "mostly" lossy, if I’m not mistaken.
