Couple of Questions

Bazaar: When you sell loot for bazaar items, do you HAVE to sell them in the same "sell" session or do they overlap? for example if something needed 2 pebbles for a bazaar, could i sell one pebble then go to another merchant some other time and sell another pebble and then get the bazaar? Kind of confusing but it’s an important question for some things

Rare rank: what’s this even mean? Whats one star and whats 5 stars represent?

Stealing: can you steal more than one thing from a monster? Because when I steal something it says it has nothing left to steal. Is this true or just a lie?

Bazaar: They can overlap, but only if you wait. Like, say you’re trying to make two items, that each use 3 Dark Crystals, and 2 Dark Crystals. Say you sell 2 Dark Crystals and complete the recipe that uses them. If you buy the Bazaar goods now, you’ll have to collect 3 Dark Crystals again to complete the other recipe. If you wait, you only need one and they can serve for both at once.
Basically, when you buy an item in the Bazaar goods, the items you used to make it are nullified. You must leave it there if you want the items you used to serve as other recipes. I remember once wondering how this worked myself, heh. (For the record, no recipe uses Pebbles :p)

Rare rank: I’m not sure what this is… the only "Rank" I remember is Clan rank, is this something for Bestiary? Items? It’s probably not important, whatever it is, but if you specify I can probably explain.

Stealing: You can only Steal once. However, you may steal more than one thing at a time, if you have proper accessories/abilities to help this, but for every monster you can only Steal once (unless it fails, of course). BUT, if you leave the screen and come back, the monster can be stolen from again. Like Orthros, the mark, carries the Slime Oil, which is a really rare Steal and that’s also the ONLY place you can get it in the game besides racing in Balfonheim 90 times. So, you steal, leave the screen, and repeat until you get it. Same with any other monster you’re trying to steal a certain item from.

Ooh interesting.. because for the tournesol I thought if you sell one and leave it your completely screwed for life. Those gemsteels dont come daily. But ok thanks 🙂 And for the pebble thing yeah I know what a load of crap!

If you look at a rare bestiary’s profile you’ll see a rank and stars after that. That kind of rank was what I was talking about. I was just curious because it never meant anything to me ever.

Oh, those stars… yeah, they don’t really serve a purpose, they’re just for show. Kinda interesting though.

And actually I think you WOULD be screwed if you had a Tournesol and you sold it. I could very easily be wrong, though, but it’s unlikely. The thing is, Bazaar Goods recipes are generally NOT repeatable, except for a select few… like certain Potion packs or whatever. And obviously the Gemsteel, Empyreal Soul, and Serpentarius are repeatable.
Weapon recipes generally are NOT repeatable, so I wouldn’t think the one for the Tournesol, "The Sunflower", is. I mean, it’s ingredients are repeatable, but that’s obvious since it’s a necessity so I doubt it. Never wasted my time trying. :p

Haha well of course I never sold my weapons that sold 0 gil. Those were my special ones 🙂 but I only have like 4 lol. And I missed my chance of Genji, way too ridiulous for the Zodiac Spear now, and opened too many treasure chests in Subterra without knowledge. But started a new one a while ago and managed to screw that up too lol. Can’t get Zodiac Spear in Necrohol anymore… And thats good for duplicating recipes thank god 🙂 Thank you Zak!

How confused do I have to be to be classed as "officially" confused?

And what unit do you use to measure confusion? It would help to know the unit then I can give a rough estimate.
