Yellow dog linux for ps3, help me?

I am not very good a t this kinda thing, (unsure which software to use and how to follow the instructions)
yellow dog linux is able to turn your ps3 into a proper pc if burned onto a disc and installed.
can someone pleeeze find me the appropriate downloads and simple instrutions?
i will be grateful for any advice involving the software thanx.

Keiser, all I will say is that it’s not likely you will get a response very quickly. Maybe you’ll get lucky and somebody who knows might happen to see the thread.

Also, you could try google. That’s the sensible thing to do.

Ive done research myself flux but had trouble understanding or trusting the info or downloads.
ps3’s cost �300, one wrong move and it could be �300 of junk.
i know it is a long shot but someone here might (highly doubt it) have done it.

Hey did anyone see that Zero Punctuation review of that game where you play a guy who has to install linux on a PS3? Looks pretty sweet.

It would definitely suit better in the gaming section than in the forum-support section. So keep your sarcasm to yourself.
