I need the official track listing for Neon Genesis Evangelion S2 Works

So I’m working on putting all NGE music (all albums & singles) on my iPod and since I’m extremely pedantic when it comes to my labeling, I want to label the tracks as they appear in the track listing for their respective albums.

I’ve looked for hours without finding scans of the official track listing for any of the S2 WORKS CDs so now I turn to you guys. Some of you must have an (opened) copy of the S2 WORKS to check for me :P.

Different sources give conflicting information. This is what I’ve dug up:

Japanese Wikipedia:
09. OP-2 Dタイプ 「Good, or Don’t Be.」

Japanese Wikipedia looks reliable seeing as how the Japanese prefer 」 over ] and the fact that it’s spot on for the other albums I’ve tagged insofar (NGEI-III, DEATH, THE END OF EVANGELION, DECADE).

However, there are a few… anomalies on the Japanese Wikipedia listing, such as:
01. "OP-1 ストリングス"

Every track with kana in it is surrounded by quotation marks. Why? Is it really like this on the official track listing (back covers? CD booklet?).

I’d appreciate it tremendously if someone who owns the box could check it out for me. The best case scenario would be an actual scan or photo (I don’t care about the quality as long as I can read the writing), but words will be enough. I just want to know how the tracks are officially listed :P.
