Yes, that is just an advert. The "Please Wait…" shows a countdown from 5 down to 1, then a button "Skip Ad".

Click on that to get past the Ad, then continue.

Alternatively install Jdownloader, which navigates around all these obstacles.

It doesn’t work like that. It’s exactly the same link as the one above. Your browser obviously can’t cope.
