I don’t have that Valentine album, so i can’t help with that..
It’s just a fan-made compilation of diverse tracks anyway, nothing official.

For reviews, here’s a few places i recommend:

RPGFan (http://www.rpgfan.com/soundtracks1.html) this is probably the best place for reviews.. it’s of course more related to RPGs music ..
Use the soundtrack button (music reviews) and not the review one (game reviews)

Soundtrack Central (http://www.soundtrackcentral.com/cds/index.htm) Another great place, they have lots of reviews and every kind of music / albums.

Music 4 Games (http://www.music4games.net/Index.aspx) it’s an all around vgm website, but they have some good reviews too. Recent & upcoming albums.

Chudah’s Corner (http://chudahs-corner.com/reviews/index.php) This is an old great site, you’ll find around 300 diverse reviews there.

Original Sound Version (http://www.originalsoundversion.com/) I don’t know much this website.. but you’ll find some reviews on this blog too.

That’s all that comes from my mind at the moment.
