Here’s the official website (http://www.dogearrecords.com/NOBIYOandDogEars/10shortstories.html), where you can hear samples. The songs are being sold on iTunes.
This site (http://www.gamesetwatch.com/2010/03/dog_ear_launches_site_for_uema.php) also has song samples and is interesting because it says Uematsu wrote the compositions when he was in high school. I haven’t found any other sources that confirm that, so I don’t know if it’s true. But it might explain the light, poppy style.
So far the song I like the most is "The Incredible Flying Natsuhiko." (http://www.dogearrecords.com/NOBIYOandDogEars/natsuhiko.html)
I wish he’d do another album along the lines of Phantasmagoria.
