So, does anybody here like seinen manga? What are your reading right now, what would you recommend? SPEAK IT UP GODDAMN IT

Personally, I’m a big fan of Naoki Urasawa. It’s rare for me to get hooked in a anime/manga, and this guy’s one of the few that actually hits the right spot for me. His suspense and stong characters put it a step above the rest, in my opinion.
Some of his most famous works include Monster and 20th Century Boys, and lesser known stuff like Master Keaton.

Most recently he finished his "semi sci-fi" work Pluto, which takes place (as well as a story twist) in Ozamu Tezuka’s Astro Boy (Tetsuwan Atom) world.

I’m currently reading the Pluto 6 (of 8), and liking it a lot.

Outside Urasawa, one of the first seinen that pops to my head is Kentaro Miura’s Berserk. It’s the only still-running manga I read nowadays… which is kinda sad, since Miura’s in a REALLY slow pace with the manga by now. A chapter in 2-3 months isn’t exactly the best thing ever.

And what about you guys? Anyone here likes seinen? :kirbyfly:
