I’ve found Super Hang-on 20th Anniversary Collection @ gamemp3s (http://www.gamemp3s.net/torrents/). It’s in the 2007 archive.
Also, After Burner 20th Anniversary Collection is in "2012-03-10" (or if that doesn’t exist by the time you’re reading this, see if there is a 2012 archive). They have quite a few rarities there, thanks gamemp3s!

That website probably has torrents of the Super Hang-On 20th Anniversary Collection & After Burner 20th Anniversary Box.
However, I don’t exactly know how to use torrents. It’s good that gamemp3s has helped you, though.
One more thing, are the archives torrent or non-torrent?
Are they MP3 or FLAC?

The archives are torrent, and they’re in mp3. I just open them up in uTorrent and it lets you select which files you would like.
If you want, I can upload them to a hosting site for you.
