Are there any decent programs out there that convert .mpr and .wav files to .mid or .abc? I’ve looked and the only one I could find cost like.. 200 dollars.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check out Switch, it’s freeware and handles a ton of formats. Might work.

Converting anything that’s digitalized audio into MIDI in a simple mouse click is a crazy man’s wish.
There are programs that TRY to analyze the audio spectrum and convert the frequencies into fixed midi notes but honestly, it comes out so badly and so messed up that the only thing you could do is either look for a midi file someone made, or do it by ear (using Cakewalk, Guitar Pro, etc)…

Many, as I need to be able to play them in the game LOTR Online, which only plays .abc files.. which need to be converted from midi files.
Off the top of my head, I wanted the Duck Village music from Suikoden 3 and a cluster of Super Robot Wars tracks.
