I have also been looking for the PvZ soundtrack and while I never found it, I did come across a topic in which the creator of the music left a post for music hungry fans.
She said that she was considering releasing an official ost. So, I can’t really help you, but if she does decide to release it, you can bet there will be plenty of people ready to share it.
Also, if you really want to hear the music, youtube all of them. CaptainFawful has uploaded all the songs. Just search "plants vs. zombies music".

This is ok, but it ain’t the full version (doesn’t include zombie attack arrangement) does anyone know where I could find the official OST for DL? It’d be awesome.
