[HELP] Name the cartoon/show

I just need help to ID these shows:

1. A story about bunch of kids, racing toy cars, like small toy carts I guess, they are operated by battery. They would go on contests and acquire new parts. The carts are about the size of a PSP.

2. A story about a team of good guys, includes the famous Red Beetle looking character, who gets in contest with the bad guys, they were always competing for something, maybe like a jewel or something.

3. A story about kids fishing. They would have bunch of different hooks and baits. And they would always go to contests to get the biggest fish.

I would like to say thanks, to anyone that will help me ID these shows. It’s been a long time, and they were my childhood, I would like to watch them again.

If you could tell us how many years ago you were watching them it might help out a bit, anything to narrow it down.
