I am using "EncSpot" to identify codecs (and works pretty good as it detect pretty much every codec), but it doesn’t help me to figures which variable was choosen.
Someone knows something better?

Yeah I too wud like to know what tool I can use to find out what level of VBR mp3’s are and the min and max bitrates used.
