If you have the money, you can buy it off Amazon Digital for 0.99 cents. (Their files are either 256kbps or high-quality VBR.) That’s how I added "First We Take Manhattan" to my personal version of the album.

Smashing Pumpkins is missing. When you extract in from WinRar, that track is not present with the others.
